Since CHC is tightening the screws on SPP visa norms so few students are getting visa refusals. In an unfortunate case of visa refusal following are the points that are to be noted
- Whenever a visa is refused a reason for visa refusal is sent to the student and student can appeal CHC that his/her case shd be analysed again. While putting up an appeal for visa refusal the student have to submit the documents according to the reason for approval. The CHC review those documents and then reconsider its decision about visa and if lucky visa is granted.
- A student can apply only once under SPP in an intake so in case visa is refused the student can not apply again in SPP for that session. So there are two options left either apply again in next session under SPP or apply in same session but not under SPP
